Active students are given access to the Daytona State Network to log into their Student Portal (Falcon Self-Service, Falcon Online, Falcon Mail)
Issue
If you are getting a message that your account is locked, please view the steps below to troubleshoot your issue.
Troubleshooting
From any DSC login page click the "Forgot your password? Locked out of your account?" link highlighted in blue.
Enter your Daytona state email address in the text box labeled, “Email or Username”
Enter the Captcha characters. (This part is not case-sensitive.)
If your account is locked select the “I know my password but still can’t log in” option.
Complete two of your verification methods.
Your account should now be unlocked and you can log in with your password.
