Once you have been granted access to a Shared Email there are three ways to access it:
1. Via the Outlook Application on your computer.
The shared email account will show up as another inbox under your primary account.
Please note the newly added shared email can take about an hour to show up in the Outlook Application.
If you need to access to the shared email quicker or prefer to use the web version of Outlook see method 3
2. Via the "New" Outlook Application on your computer.
The shared email account will show up as another inbox under your primary account.
If it does not, you can manually add it:

right-click on the account name or shared with me folder in the left navigation pane, and then choose Add shared folder or mailbox.

In the Add shared folder or mailbox. dialog box, type the name or email address of the shared mailbox, and then click Add.

3. Via the web version of Outlook at outlook.daytonastate.edu
Go to outlook.daytonastate.edu
Log in with your Daytona State College Account (firstname_lastname@daytonastate.edu)
Once logged in, the top right corner there is a circle with your picture or initials.
Click on that circle
Then open another mailbox
Enter the shared email address
You should now be in the Shared Mailbox
