For the best experience with an Honorlock-enabled exam in Falcon Online, students should access the exam directly from the Quizzes link in the course navigation bar.
Reminder: You must use the Chrome browser on a laptop computer, iPads are not supported.
If you see "Password Required" field for the quiz, it means you have not installed the required Chrome browser extension; once the extension is installed, the password requirement will disappear.
If you need assistance, please locate the Live Chat at the bottom right of the Honorlock page during the quiz.
Troubleshooting
When the Honorlock Chrome extension won't enable, the problem is most often caused by other remote proctoring software/extension, like Proctorio or ProctorU. To resolve this, you need to disable or remove conflicting extensions and perform a clean re-installation of the Honorlock extension.
