How can I find out if my course requires specific software and whether it will be provided?

• Before the Semester Starts

  • To view all syllabi, go to the DSC Syllabus page.
  • To access your syllabus before classes begin, select the Log In icon located at the top right of the DSC Syllabus page and sign in using your DSC credentials. 

• After the Semester Starts

  • Log in to your Falcon Online course shell.
  • Review the Course Content, Syllabus, and any Announcements posted by your instructor.
  • Look for details about required software, including whether it is provided or if you need to purchase/download it.

• Contact Your Instructor

  • If you cannot find the information in your course materials, reach out to your instructor directly by using the Course Classlist to send them an email.

• Submit a Custom Service Request

  • If you still need assistance after checking your course materials and contacting your instructor, complete the Service Request form for additional support.
