Overview
Use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.
Issue
- Navigate to the DSC Services Portal
- In the top right corner, select Sign In
- On the navigation bar select the Services link
- On the sub-menu that appears, select Ticket Requests
On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status class, department, service, and more.
To view details about a request, click its name.
