For this service, the essential information includes details of the requester, requester contact information, the designated date and time for event setup, the event day, and the specified date and time for tear down or pickup.
To schedule events held at the Hosseini Center (Building 1200), the Gale L. Lemerand Student Center (Building 115), or the Conference Center (Building 640), kindly reach out to Kendra Loughry and/or Karen Metzger at Institutional Events.
What is the expected delivery time on this service?
Events will be arranged for setup at the time specified by the requester. In the event of scheduling conflicts, you will be contacted to coordinate an alternative time.
What costs are involved with this type of service?
While custodial services for events incur charges to the requesting department, all other services are provided at no additional cost.
