When would this service be used?
A combination ticket is used when you need multiple formats created for a single request.
For example, you need to promote a new program with a flyer, poster, social media post and campus screens.
What information is needed for this type of service?
As with all Creative Services requests, make sure to include all the assets (text, images or image descriptions, dimensions, et cetera) and information needed to complete the ticket.
NOTE: Tickets submitted without all assets and information needed to complete the ticket will not be active and WILL NOT move into production.
What is the expected delivery time on this service?
If all assets and information are included with the ticket, a Creative Services ticket has an anticipated turnaround time of four weeks.
