This service is for when you aren't finding a match in the Creative Services service catalog. It will allow you to create a generic ticket.
Required Information 📝
As with all Creative Services requests, make sure to include all the assets (text, images or image descriptions, dimensions, et cetera) and information to complete the ticket.
NOTE: Tickets submitted without all assets and information needed to complete the ticket will not be active and WILL NOT move into production.
Expected Delivery Time 🕑
If all assets and information are included with the ticket, a Creative Services ticket has an anticipated turnaround time of four weeks.
