When would this service be used?
This service offering is for the creation of artwork for new traditional or digital billboards.
What information is needed for this type of service?
As with all Creative Services requests, you need to make sure to include all the assets (text, images or image descriptions, dimensions, et cetera) and information to complete the ticket.
We also need to know the location of the billboard, the vendor and the vendor's specs for artwork.
NOTE: Tickets submitted without all assets and information needed to complete the ticket will not be active and WILL NOT move into production.
What is the expected delivery time on this service?
If all assets and information are included with the ticket, a Creative Services ticket has an anticipated turnaround time of four weeks.
