Revision Booklets

When would this service be used?

This service offering is for the revision/modification of existing booklets most of which can be printed by the College's Print Shop*.
* Please note that Creative Services is responsible for the creation of the artwork/design, but uploading the files to the Print Shop is the responsibility of the party submitting the request.

What information is needed for this type of service?

As with all Creative Services requests, you need to make sure to include all the assets (text, images or image descriptions, dimensions, et cetera) and information to complete the ticket.
For revisions, we ideally need the brochure's ticket # which can be found on the item and is formatted like this:
225897R_001  1/23.
If that is not available, we need a digital copy/scan/photo of the existing booklet.
NOTE: Tickets submitted without all assets and information needed to complete the ticket will not be active and WILL NOT move into production.

What is the expected delivery time on this service?

If all assets and information are included with the ticket, a Creative Services ticket has an anticipated turnaround time of four weeks.
