When would this service be used?
This service is for the creation of artwork for printed materials, the majority of which can be printed by the College's Print Shop*.
* Please note that Creative Services is responsible for the creation of the artwork/design, but uploading the files to the Print Shop is the responsibility of the party submitting the request.
What type of options are available for this service?
The options available are:
• new flyers- this is for the creation of a new flyer
• revision flyers- this is for making revisions/modifications to an existing flyer
• new posters- this is for the creation of a new poster
• revision posters- this is for making revisions/modifications to an existing poster
• new brochures- this is for the creation of a new brochure
• revision brochures- this is for making revisions/modifications to an existing brochure
• new cards- this is for the creation of a new card
• revision cards- this is for making revisions/modifications to an existing card
• new booklets- this is for the creation of a new booklet
• revision booklets- this is for making revisions/modifications to an existing booklet
• new wall cling poster- this is for the creation of a new wall cling poster
• revision wall cling poster- this is for making revisions/modifications to an existing wall cling poster
What information is needed for this type of service?
As with all Creative Services requests, make sure to include all the assets (text, images or image descriptions, dimensions, et cetera) and information to complete the ticket.
NOTE: Tickets submitted without all assets and information needed to complete the ticket will not be active and WILL NOT move into production.
What is the expected delivery time on this service?
If all assets and information are included with the ticket, a Creative Services ticket has an anticipated turnaround time of four weeks.
