This service is designed to aid users in enrolling for our Self-Service Password Reset system (SSPR), Multi-Factor Authenticator service (MFA), and facilitating password changes.

The Self-Service Password Reset system (SSPR) and the Multi-Factor Authenticator service (MFA) can make use of a mobile app, a personal email, and a personal phone number. To proceed, with setting up your MFA/SSPR it's essential to have your Student/Employee ID number, access to a web browser (preferably on a computer), and your phone.

The expected duration of this service, depending on peak hours and days, is 1-2 hours. During the start of the semester, when there may be a higher volume of assistance requests, please be mindful that your inquiry will be addressed in the sequence it was received.
