Assistance with enrolling in our Self-Service Password Reset system (SSPR), Multi-Factor Authenticator service (MFA), to facilitate password changes. Also this is for if the user has a phone/phone number change.
Options 📋
The Self-Service Password Reset system (SSPR) and the Multi-Factor Authenticator service (MFA) can make use of a mobile app, a personal email, and a personal phone number. You must use 2 of the three. If you are enrolled in both of these services and encounter difficulties while trying to reset your password, the IT Help Desk is available to guide you through the password reset procedure. To proceed, with setting up your MFA/SSPR it's essential to have your Student/Employee ID number, access to a web browser (preferably on a computer), and your phone.
