Password Reset

The Self-Service Password Reset system (SSPR) and the Multi-Factor Authenticator service (MFA) can make use of a mobile app, a personal email, and a personal phone number. If you are enrolled in both of these services and encounter difficulties while trying to reset your password, the IT Help Desk is available to guide you through the password reset procedure.
