When would this service be used?
This service includes the creation of artwork for ads and billboards (both print and digital).
What type of options are available for this service?
The options available are:
• new print ads- this is for the creation of a new print ad
• revision print ads- this is for making revisions/modifications to an existing print ad
• new digital ads- this is for the creation of a new digital ad
• revision digital ads- this is for making revisions/modifications to an existing digital ad
• new billboards- this is for the creation of a new billboard
• revision billboards- this is for making revisions/modifications to an existing billboard
What information is needed for this type of service?
As with all Creative Services requests, make sure to include all the assets (text, images or image descriptions, dimensions, et cetera) and information to complete the ticket.
Additionally, we will need the art specs from the publisher or vendor.
NOTE: Tickets submitted without all assets and information needed to complete the ticket will not be active and WILL NOT move into production.
What is the expected delivery time on this service?
If all assets and information are included with the ticket, a Creative Services ticket has an anticipated turnaround time of four weeks.
