Use this service for storm and rain leaks inside of buildings, broken water pipes, exposed live electrical wires, bio-hazard spills, people stuck in elevators, or any other Facilities matter requiring an urgent response.


This service is used by students living in the Residence Hall in order to request services including: Bed Adjustments, Plumbing Issues, Electrical Issues, Maintenance Issues, Custodial Issues, and other Facilities Related incidents that may occur.


Faculty and staff who do not see a service listed, please use this service request for any inquiries or requests you may have.


This service is used to assist users with enrolling into our Self-Service Password Reset system, Multi-Factor Authenticator service, and changing their password.
